Below are some currently active sites, ranging from the simple to the complex (involving CMS configuration, javascript, and database-oriented server side scripting). Most of the graphics on the sites were also designed by me:

Note: Unless webmaster services are comissioned, all updates and alterations, both visual and content-based, are the responsibility of the site's owner once the site is no longer in the construction or testing stages. However, the initial service does include a free three month on-call warranty. If, within the first three months after completion, something goes wrong with the site, whether due to changing web standards or a human error in updating, maintenance and consultation are provided at no charge.

Pricing

All projects are currently $10 dollars an hour at the usual, unrushed pace of work. Expedited projects with exact deadlines are $15 an hour.

The client's initial request is evaluated and a detailed estimate is produced. Once both parties agree on the price indicated in the estimate, a contract is drawn up and a small down payment is made by the contracting party as a means of validation. The client will be charged the exact price indicated in the estimate unless he or she makes major changes in the project requirements mid-stream, in which case the new requirements will be evaluated and the extra hours added to the overall price.
